The PagePac Survey Sheet is a simple, easy-to-use guide to assist you in asking the right questions! Remember, the better the Customer’s needs are evaluated and understood, the easier it is to determine the best solution to meet their system requirements and exceed their expectations.

HERE’S HOW SIMPLE IT IS TO DESIGN A SYSTEM WITH PagePac^®!

Print the PagePac Survey Sheet (PDF).

Complete the PagePac Survey Sheet by answering EACH question – remember, be thorough! The more information you obtain the better the system results!

Secure a blueprint of the area/facility – continue to ask questions of the customer and make notes on the PagePac Survey Sheet or the blueprints – remember, be thorough!

Be sure to indicate areas of high noise levels by recording decibel (dB) levels. Use a sound meter to measure and make notes regarding equipment locations/racks/wall/obstructions per each area.

Once the PagePac Survey Sheet is completed and the prints appropriately marked send the complete package to:
